Explore North East – Partner Policy
(For Event Organizers, Homestay Owners, Car & Bike Rental Providers)
1. Registration & Verification
- All partners must complete onboarding with valid government ID, business proof, and contact details.
- Explore North East reserves the right to verify listings, conduct inspections, or request additional documents.
- False or misleading information may result in suspension.
2. Listings & Service Standards
- Partners must provide accurate details about events, properties, rooms, vehicles, prices, availability, amenities, and terms.
- Any changes must be updated immediately on the platform.
- Partners must ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations.
3. Pricing & Commissions
- Pricing is set by the partner, but commission rates are agreed during onboarding.
- Commissions will be deducted before payouts.
- Payouts are made as per the partner agreement (weekly, bi-weekly, or post-event).
4. Bookings & Cancellations
- Partners must honor all confirmed bookings.
- If a partner cancels, they may be liable to compensate the customer and/or pay penalties.
- Cancellation policies must be declared in advance.
5. Payments & Taxes
- Payments from customers go through Explore North East’s gateway.
- Partners are responsible for applicable taxes, permits, and local compliance.
- TDS or GST deductions may apply if required by law.
6. Liability & Insurance
- Partners are solely responsible for safety, infrastructure, vehicle condition, event management, property maintenance, and legal compliance.
- Explore North East is a facilitator and holds no liability for accidents, damages, or disputes caused by the partner.
7. Customer Support & Conduct
- Partners must respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, or booking issues.
- Rude behavior, denial of service, discrimination, or harassment is strictly prohibited.
8. Cancellations by Explore North East
Explore North East may suspend or delist a partner if:
- Fraudulent listings or fake bookings
- Repeated customer complaints
- Legal violations
- Non-compliance with terms
9. Refunds & Disputes
- Partners must cooperate in refund assessments and dispute resolution.
- Any penalty for non-performance will be deducted from future payouts.
10. Content Rights
- By listing, partners grant Explore North East the right to display photos, descriptions, and availability details.
- Plagiarized or stolen content is prohibited.
11. Termination
Explore North East may terminate the partnership without notice for:
- Legal violations
- Misleading information
- Poor service quality
- Breach of agreement
Explore North East – Customer Policy
(For Event Attendees, Homestay Guests, Car & Bike Rental Users)
1. Account & Booking
- Customers must register with accurate personal details and contact info.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment.
- Any misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to account termination.
2. Payments & Charges
- All bookings are subject to service fees, taxes, and convenience charges.
- Prices shown are final unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
- No-shows are non-refundable unless the partner indicates otherwise.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Check-in / Usage Requirements
For homestays:
- Valid ID proof is mandatory.
- Guests must follow check-in/out times and house rules.
- Damages must be compensated.
For rentals:
- Valid driving license is required.
- Deposit or security charges may apply.
- Late returns may incur penalties.
For events:
- Digital or printed tickets are required.
- Entry rules, age limits, and dress codes must be followed.
5. Conduct & Responsibilities
Customers must not:
- Damage property or vehicles
- Disturb surroundings or other guests
- Engage in illegal or dangerous activities
- Violate host/event rules
Violations may result in cancellation without refund and legal action.
6. Safety & Personal Belongings
- Customers are responsible for their personal safety and items.
- Explore North East is not liable for theft, loss, or accidents.
7. Changes or Cancellations by Provider
If a partner cancels or modifies service, customers may receive:
- Alternative booking, OR
- Refund as per policy
Explore North East will assist in coordination but is not liable for unexpected cancellations by the partner.
8. Disputes & Complaints
- Complaints should be raised within 24–48 hours of the issue via support.
- Explore North East will mediate but final decisions may depend on the partner.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Fake bookings, chargebacks, or abusive behavior
- Unauthorized resale of tickets or bookings
- Illegal use of vehicles or properties
Such actions can result in legal proceedings and account termination.
10. Platform Rights
Explore North East may:
- Modify listings or policies at any time
- Suspend accounts for abuse or non-compliance
- Block fraudulent transactions
11. Governing Law
All terms are governed under applicable laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the concerned local courts.
